The following organisations have appointed Welfare Advisors who will be able to provide advice on the application process for the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme, and assist you with completing the Application Form if required.
Health & Wellbeing Support
If you need support at this time, a number of organisations will be able to help you. The Victims and Survivors Service (VSS) provides health and wellbeing support and services through a network of community providers.

Advice NI
Victims' Payments Board has partnered with Advice NI to provide free independent advice and guidance on money management and debt to individuals applying for payments under the Troubles Permanent Disablement Payment Scheme.
Advice NI will offer advice on:
- Identifying your financial priorities
- Managing your day-to-day finances by maximising income and reducing expenditure
- Building a nest egg by starting to save
- Managing your debts and how to deal with them
- Negotiating with your creditors
- Solutions available and supporting you through these
- Helping you decide on how to make your money work for you in the future
If you would like to avail of this FREE confidential service you can contact an Advice NI money and debt adviser, Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm on 0800 915 4604 (press option 1) or email advice@adviceni.net. When contacting Advice NI you should provide your VPB Reference Number, this is found on all correspondence.
